Scholarships programme supports mobility of Latvian students, academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions to donorstate higher education institutions or research institutions in Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland. The mobility under this programme is bilateral in intended to improve the skills and competences of those taking part in the mobility activities and also to promote further cooperation. The first open call for project applications was organised in 2021and the second one in 2022.
